What do you mean by an “Unplugged Ceremony & Festivities”?

We respectfully request that all cameras and cell phones be turned off during the ceremony and festivities. We look forward to sharing our professional photos & video with you after the big day. We will also have disposable cameras at each table for you to help capture candid moments from the day.

When should we RSVP by?

Please RSVP as soon as possible so we can get a headcount as well as best accommodate you for your stay!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive by 3:30 pm. The Ceremony will begin at 4 pm.

Is there a dress code for each event?

Welcome Party at Beach Pavilion: Garden Party Casual.

Wedding & Reception: Cocktail attire is recommended. No tux or floor length gowns required unless you feel inspired.

Farewell Breakfast: Casual.

Is there adequate and free parking on-site?

Welcome Party - There is limited parking at the Beach Pavilion, so it is recommended that all guests take the courtesy shuttle from the main lodge starting at 4:45pm. The shuttle service will operate until the end of the party to drop you back at your respective accommodation.

Wedding and Reception - There is plenty of free parking close by. For people staying in guest houses on-site there will be a shuttle service to your guest house so you don’t have to drive home after the reception.

To ensure that you receive the 30% wedding discount for your accommodation, call the Mountain Top Inn at (802)483-2311 to reserve your room, guest house or cabin. Review the options here.

Children are welcome at our wedding!! If anything goes wrong, the bride is a pediatrician. There will be a specific area during the reception for kids to sit and babysitting service available in the Main Inn during the event. Contact Samuel and Haley to discuss options.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes! When RSVP’ing there will be an option submit any special dietary requirements. The reception venue can cater to any special needs if given adequate time to prepare. If you have any concerns or questions, contact Samuel with the details above.

This might be a strange thing to add to the FAQ, but the answer is NO! If fireworks are set off during our wedding or stay, there is a fine of up to $3,500. Ouch.
